How do I receive the bot after buying it?
Delivery is handled manually by our administration team. Once your payment is completed, please open a ticket and provide the details of the server where you want to activate the bot. Our team will then activate the bot for you.
This is a one-time payment, and the bot is licensed to a single server. The server cannot be changed after activation, so make sure you select the correct server before requesting activation.
If someone deletes a ticket, is its transcript kept?
Yes. Transcripts are saved automatically both when a ticket is closed and when it is deleted, so you still get the record even if the ticket is gone from the server — and every action is written to the logs.
What happens if a member leaves the server with an open ticket?
The bot immediately posts an alert on the ticket saying they left, and if they come back to the server it reopens the same ticket for them instead of making them start over.
