How do I receive the bot after buying it?
Delivery is handled manually by our administration team. Once your payment is completed, please open a ticket and provide the details of the server where you want to activate the bot. Our team will then activate the bot for you.
This is a one-time payment, and the bot is licensed to a single server. The server cannot be changed after activation, so make sure you select the correct server before requesting activation.
Can a member control somebody else's room?
No. Each member only controls their own room. If they want to share control there is an "add someone as a controller" button, and another to remove them again whenever they like — so control stays in their hands.
If somebody causes trouble in the room, what can the room's owner do?
All of it from the same menu, with no staff needed: kick them out of the room, ban them from entering again, lock the ability to speak, or lock the room or the chat entirely. And there is an unban button if they want to let them back in later.
